eImagePac v5.5 contains the following enhancements:
  • eImagePac 5.5 is compatible with Sage ACCPAC ERP versions 5.5 and 5.4

  • eImagePac is compatible and available bundled with OCRPAC 5.5, Modulo Software’s new Automated Transaction Data Entry product for Sage ACCPAC ERP

  • eImagePac now allows multiple documents to be stored per transaction for all document types.

  • Supports storage of documents with Inventory Control Stock Items

  • Supports storage of documents with Purchase Orders

  • Drill down to stored eImagePac files from General Ledger Account History and Transaction History screens

  • New “View Image” function allows all related images or files for an Accpac document to be retrieved and viewed on screen at once. The View Image feature also indicates whether an Accpac document has existing images attached when using eImagePac enhanced Accpac data entry or enquiry screens.

eImagePac contains the following features:
  • eIMAGEPAC saves a copy of your mailed, emailed or faxed invoices or orders with your ACCPAC data.  You can view them whenever you need to from ACCPAC Vendor and Customer enquiry and transaction screens.
  • eImagePac stores:

    Accounts Payable Invoices
    Sales Orders
    Accounts Receivable Invoices
    Purchase Orders
    Inventory Control Stock Items
     
  • eImagePac 5.5 is developed using the ACCPAC Software Development Kit (SDK) and is a tightly integrated ACCPAC third party solution
  • eImagePac 5.5 is developed for use with Sage ACCPAC ERP version 5.5 and 5.4. eImagePac v5.3 is available for use with AAS 5.3.
  • Supports operation in both the ACCPAC Windows and Internet Explorer browser desktops and available for all ACCPAC Advantage Series editions and databases.
  • ACCPAC (and eImagePac) require an ACCPAC Lanpak (user licence) for each user logged onto the ACCPAC System Manager. eImagePac also has it’s own multi-user licensing system. eImagePac comes with three concurrent user licences as standard. Additional user licences may be purchased where more than three users access eImagePac at once.
  • Enhances existing ACCPAC transaction and enquiry windows which both simplifies and streamlines user acceptance and training.
  • During invoice or order transaction data entry (or at a later stage):
     
    (i)   For files received electronically e.g. by email or fax software, the user saves a copy of the document into a local folder.
    (ii)   For documents that are mailed or faxed in paper format, the user scans the document into a local folder.

    The user then locates and stores the document file along with the ACCPAC data. eImagePac saves a copy of the document onto the server.
     

  • eIMAGEPAC supports any document file format(s) that your organisation prefers.  It doesn’t matter what file format the document is saved as, providing users have the relevant viewing software installed on their desktop.
  • eImagePac is compatible with Optional Fields. If a licensed version of the “Transaction Analysis & Opt.Field Creator” module has been installed then unlimited additional optional fields can be added to eImagePac image files.

System Requirements

  • Sage Accpac ERP 5.4 or 5.5 System Manager and at least one of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry or Inventory Control
  • Either Pervasive.SQL 8.7 (or later), Microsoft SQL Server 7 (or later), IBM DB2 version 7.1 Fix Pack 2 (or later), Oracle 8i (or later)
  • Internet Explorer 6 or above if using browser interface
  • Microsoft Windows ME, NT, or 2000, XP or above
